Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is preferred.

Experience Level:

• Extensive knowledge of employee relations, HR management principles, and regulatory compliance.
• 6-12 years of experience
• Proven track record in talent acquisition, training, and employee engagement.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
• Experience managing budgets and preparing detailed HR reports.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification as a SHRM Certified Professional (PHR) or Senior Professional (SPHR).
• Experience designing and managing employee training and development programs.
