Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
- A Master's degree is preferred.
Experience Level:
- Extensive knowledge of employee relations, HR management principles, and regulatory compliance.
- 6-12 years of experience
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, training, and employee engagement.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
- Experience managing budgets and preparing detailed HR reports.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification as a SHRM Certified Professional (PHR) or Senior Professional (SPHR).
- Experience designing and managing employee training and development programs.
