The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex IT systems and networks, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive infrastructure strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the infrastructure team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

• System Management: Oversee the maintenance, upgrade, and support of all IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and data centers.

• Security: Ensure robust security measures are in place to protect company data and systems from cyber threats.

• Budget Management: Manage the infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high standards of service.

• Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements to ensure optimal operation and efficiency.

• Compliance: Ensure all infrastructure activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Project Management: Lead infrastructure projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

• Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage systems, virtualization, and cloud technologies.

• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a technical team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

• Project Management: Experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects, with a solid understanding of project management methodologies.

• Security: Expertise in cybersecurity principles and best practices.

• Budget Management: Experience managing budgets and financial planning for IT infrastructure.

• Vendor Management: Ability to negotiate and manage vendor contracts and relationships.

• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are highly desirable.

• Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Automation: Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools and techniques.

• Emerging Technologies: Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in IT infrastructure.
