Position Summary:
***Director of Labor & Delivery - Interim to Permanent Opportunity***
The Director of Labor and Delivery Unit is responsible for the strategic planning, administrative, and clinical management of the Labor and Delivery department. This role ensures the highest standards of care for mothers and their newborns while maintaining compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and best practice guidelines.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
Current RN license in Colorado.
Certification in Obstetric Nursing (RNC-OB) or similar preferred.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
At least 3 years of leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare technologies.

Pay Rate:
Hourly: $80/hr. All-Inclusive. || $3,200 weekly gross.
Nontaxable Stipend:- $29.05/hr. || $1,162 weekly.
Taxable(W2):- $50.95/hr.
OT Rate:- 1.5 Times of W2 (Overtime Starts After:40)
Holiday Rate: 1.5 Times of W2
