MES Manufacturing Leader (Relocation available)

We’re hiring an MES Manufacturing Leader to support and evolve the technology environment behind a highly automated 300mm semiconductor fab. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys complex systems, high‑stakes operations, and leading technical teams in a fast‑moving manufacturing environment.

What you’ll do:

• Lead a technical team supporting fab operations
• Drive reliability and performance of manufacturing software and automation systems
• Partner with manufacturing leadership on long‑term technology strategy
• Support modernization across tools, processes, and infrastructure

Minimum qualifications:

• 10+ years in manufacturing technology, software, or operations leadership
• 6+ years managing technical teams
• MES or similar manufacturing systems experience
• Oracle RAC experience required
• Experience in complex, high‑volume or high‑SKU environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills across distributed or mixed‑environment systems
