A fast-growing advanced technology manufacturing company is seeking a Director of Manufacturing Operations to lead and scale production for innovative, high-tech industrial equipment sold globally across multiple industries.

The Director of Manufacturing Operations will lead end-to-end manufacturing strategy and execution, ensuring operational excellence, scalability, and alignment with business growth objectives. This role oversees production, engineering, quality, supply chain, and EH&S functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations including production, quality, engineering, supply chain, and logistics
• Develop and execute strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and cost performance
• Drive safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Implement and optimize ERP/MRP systems
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, R&D, and operations
• Support new product introduction and scaling of advanced technologies
• Build and develop high-performing teams with a focus on growth and innovation
• Drive change management and organizational development initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s (required) or Master’s (preferred) in Engineering
• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Background in high-tech or industrial equipment manufacturing
• Proven success in operational leadership within a growth-oriented environment
• Experience implementing and managing ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, quality, and warehouse operations
• Ability to lead complex, multi-project manufacturing environments
