Job Description:
We are a 150-bed nursing facility with a primary focus of short-term rehabilitation, but we also offer long-term care placement. We are located centrally to those communities we serve; Mount Olive, Grantham, Seven Springs, Calypso, Newton Grove, Dudley and others. Mount Olive Center offers frequent general practice physician services on-site.

Responsibilities:
- Drive business excellence, staff excellence, clinical excellence, and patient/customer experience excellence.
- Provide servant leadership and direction for day-to-day patient care operations, ensuring smooth and effective nursing service delivery.
- Promote an environment focused on top-of-license practice and collaboration within the nursing team.
- Communicate a shared vision for clinical excellence and ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective healthcare services.
- Foster continuous improvement in nursing services and staff performance to meet the needs and expectations of patients, residents, and their families.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university with a current Registered Nurse (RN) license by the State Board of Nursing; BSN preferred.
- At least 1 year of nurse leadership experience in long-term care is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of prior clinical experience is required.
- Knowledge of the MDS process, state nurse practice act, and state/federal regulations is essential.
- On-call availability is required to address emergencies and critical situations as needed.
