Full Time | Monday–Friday | St. Louis Region
Pay Range: $80,000–$110,000

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for a compassionate, mission-driven leader to guide our Hospice clinical team. This role is all about heart, excellence, and supporting both the patients we serve and the incredible clinicians who care for them. What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coordinate, and oversee all hospice patient services
  • Support, supervise, and develop clinical staff
  • Conduct chart audits and ensure compliance
  • Identify and evaluate patient needs
  • Maintain accurate clinical records
  • Assist in onboarding and training new staff
  • Provide in-home visits when needed
  • Manage medical supplies and uphold regulatory standards

What You Bring

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Active Missouri RN license
  • Minimum 2 years of hospice experience
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Knowledge of business management, government regulations, and CHAP standards
  • Ability to engage with clients and the community
  • Confidence, positivity, professionalism, and a heart for service
