You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our 4-6 week residential programs.Why join us?Competitive CompensationInternal GrowthMake a difference in patients lives with mental healthJob Details Develop and update policies and procedures to ensure best practices in dual diagnosis treatment and recovery Provide direct patient care as needed, including conducting assessments, administering medications, providing education, and responding to emergencies Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and reports Represent the program in internal and external meetings and committees Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of nursing and clinical staff, providing feedback, coaching, training, and disciplinary actions as needed Ensure that staff adhere to ethical and professional standards of care, as well as state and federal regulations and accreditation requirements Monitor and maintain adequate staffing levels, supplies, equipment, and medication inventory for the program Collaborate with the medical director, program director, therapists, case managers, and other staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients Coordinate with external agencies and providers to facilitate referrals, admissions, transfers, discharges, and follow-up services for patients Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, surveys, and accreditation processesQualifications: Valid RN license in the state of employment Bachelors degree in nursing or related field preferred Minimum of five years of experience in psychiatric or substance abuse nursing Minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role Certification in psychiatric or substance abuse nursing preferred Knowledge of dual diagnosis treatment and recovery principles and practices Knowledge of state and federal regulations and accreditation standardsInterested in hearing more?
