Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead nursing care services to ensure the delivery of the highest quality care.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans, policies, and procedures in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Mentor a collaborative team of nurses and nursing assistants.
- Manage medication administration, resident assessments, and coordinate care with other healthcare providers.
- Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to continuously enhance care.
- Cultivate strong relationships with residents, their families, and team members.
Ideal Candidate must:
- Hold a current and active RN license in the state of Arizona.
- Bring 2-3 years of experience in a senior living or assisted living facility, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Possess a proven track record of effectively developing and implementing nursing care plans and policies.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Show a strong dedication to resident-centered care and commitment to quality improvement.
