Position: Director of Nursing
Gross Hourly Pay: $69/hr
Contract Length: 9 weeks.
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Shift: Days (7:00 AM 3:30 PM)
Start Date: 1/19/2026
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in New Mexico (or compact license, if applicable).
- BLS Card
- 3 5 years of nursing leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting.
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, surveys, and compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
