Director Of Operations

InfraHire is hiring an Director of Operations:

- Oversee and support Project Managers and production staff to ensure effective team operations
- Maintain accountability, organization, and adherence to operational standards across projects
- Monitor project progress, maintain documentation, manage scheduling, and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements
- Oversee the organization and operational status of company vehicles, equipment, and shop areas
- Coordinate staffing needs and ensure operational readiness for field and shop activities
- Assist in improving operational systems, workflows, and overall efficiency
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues to prevent escalation
- Maintain oversight and visibility into field operations and evaluate overall department performance
- Apply knowledge of water distribution, pump stations, water treatment, and wastewater management
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and attention to detail
- Work within a 200-mile radius of Columbia, SC
- Preferably hold a college degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with relevant certifications in water/wastewater management and construction safety being advantageous
