A growing consumer products company is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead production, warehouse, fulfillment, and supply chain functions during a key growth phase. This role is focused on building scalable processes, improving efficiency, and strengthening inventory, production planning, and fulfillment accuracy.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on operational leader with experience in manufacturing, logistics, or consumer products, and a proven ability to implement structure, improve workflows, and develop high-performing teams.
