Position: Full-Time
Salary: $187,000–$210,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: San Leandro, CA

Overview

As our new Director of Pharmacy, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that every patient who walks through our doors receives thoughtful, reliable, and safe pharmaceutical care. Overseeing two community health centers, you’ll serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) and champion the 340B Program, all while guiding a dedicated team that believes in making healthcare more human.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations with compliance and compassion.
  • Act as PIC to uphold quality, safety, and state licensing standards.
  • Manage the 340B Program and maintain HRSA compliance.
  • Guide the P&T Committee on formulary and safety practices.
  • Support mentorship programs for interns, externs, and staff.
  • Oversee procurement and inventory processes.
  • Work closely with clinicians to optimize medication plans.

Requirements

  • PharmD or BPharm degree.
  • Active California Pharmacist license.
  • Minimum of 5 years in pharmacy practice; community or FQHC experience preferred.
  • Experience managing the 340B Program required; PIC experience a plus.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Spanish-speaking preferred.
