The Organization


Cascade Comprehensive Care, Inc. is a health care management company based in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Cascade Comprehensive Care (CCC) was founded in 1992 to create health care access for Klamath County residents. CCC endeavors to create and manage successful health care delivery in the community. Our company works to bring local health care providers together in order to deliver quality services efficiently and effectively.


CCC is owned by local health care providers, including primary care physicians, specialists and the local health system.


CCC operates the regional Coordinated Care Organization (CCO), Cascade Health Alliance (CHA), through a contract with the Oregon Health Authority. CCOs are a network of healthcare providers and community organizations that work together to deliver physical, behavioral, and dental care to Oregon Health Plan (Medicaid) members. CCOs are locally governed and focus on improving health outcomes, controlling costs, and addressing community needs through integrated, patent-centered care. CHA serves over 27,000 members.


The Position

Director of Pharmacy Services


Reporting currently to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Pharmacy Services position is responsible for the overall leadership of pharmacy services including direction, coordination and strategy. This position is responsible for developing and managing the pharmacy claims processing and encounter data function, reviewing and adjudicating pharmacy claims, and managing pharmacy prior authorizations. This position is also responsible for managing relationships between PBM and Pharmacy Providers, and planning appropriate pharmacy services to members.


Experience/Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from four-year college or university and three to five years related experience.
  • Registration as a Pharmacist in the state of Oregon is required.


Compensation


For the selected candidate, a complete and competitive compensation package will be offered which includes salary, incentive, major insurances, PTO, retirement, and relocation assistance.
