Position Overview: We’re looking for a Head of Product with payments industry experience to lead the product strategy, development, and lifecycle management of key features within our platform. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, marketing, and customer success teams to define and execute product roadmaps that deliver real business value. Key Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and iteration. Lead a team including product and project management professionals. Develop and manage detailed product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market demands. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define technical requirements and ensure timely, high-quality product releases. Gather feedback from customers, partners (ISVs, ISOs), and internal stakeholders to inform product decisions. Analyze product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights. Serve as a subject matter expert in the payments domain, translating complex payment concepts into product requirements. Ensure regulatory and compliance considerations are built into product design where applicable. Understand marketplace/competitor trends to ensure that we remain on cutting edge of product capabilities. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in the payments or fintech industry managing direct reports. Strong understanding of payment processing systems, APIs, terminal solutions, and the broader payments ecosystem. Experience working with ISVs, ISOs, or merchant-focused platforms. Familiarity with EMV, PCI compliance, or mobile POS solutions. Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams on complex systems. Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to analyze data to make informed decisions and optimize product strategy.
