We’re hiring a Director of Recruitment — a one-person talent function who can hold their own, move fast, and deliver high-quality hires without needing a team behind them.

  • Own full-cycle recruitment (intake → sourcing → screening → interviews → offers → close)
  • Build pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, events, referrals, and outbound sourcing
  • Conduct candidate screening and qualification calls
  • Coordinate and drive interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage offer strategy + offer delivery and close candidates
  • Maintain accurate records in our ATS
  • Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, funnel, source performance, quality of hire)
  • Stay current on market and competitor recruiting trends

Requirements

  • 3+ years recruiting experience (Tech / IT / MSP preferred)
  • Proven success in full-cycle recruiting
  • Strong outbound sourcing skills (not just inbound applicants)
  • Experience using an ATS and managing pipelines
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and execute fast
  • Data-driven mindset and comfort owning recruiting performance
