At North Lake Care Center, we are seeking a highly experienced Director of Rehab to join our team in Lake Park, FL. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the rehabilitation department and ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care and services. Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and lead the rehabilitation department to achieve established goals and objectives
• Develop and implement effective rehabilitation programs, including physical, occupational, and speech therapies
• Collaborate with medical directors and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Supervise and mentor rehabilitation staff, providing guidance and training as needed
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress
• Monitor and report on departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a rehabilitation setting, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role
• Current licensure as a certified physical therapist (PT)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with diverse populations
