Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Revenue Management to oversee the company's revenue operations. The Director of Revenue Management will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue management strategies to maximize the company's profitability and ensure its long-term success. This position will report to the General Manager and will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align revenue goals with business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and implement revenue management strategies that drive profitability for the hotel.
· Analyze market trends and adjust pricing strategies to optimize revenue and occupancy.
· Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including travel agents, corporate clients, and online travel agencies.
· Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and pricing strategies.
· Monitor and analyze hotel occupancy rates, revenue, and market share to identify opportunities for improvement.
· Manage the hotel's inventory and pricing across all distribution channels, including direct and indirect channels.
· Conduct regular competitive analysis to stay informed on market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
· Provide regular reports on revenue performance to the General Manager and other stakeholders.
· Lead and mentor the revenue management team, providing guidance and support to ensure that revenue goals are met.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
· Proven experience utilizing Synexis to enhance revenue optimization strategies.
· Extensive knowledge of revenue management principles and techniques, as well as market trends and industry best practices.
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making
