Our client, a premier health and wellness company with popular products, is seeking a Director of Sales with a proven track record leading a team of Sales Representatives in the state of Washington. The Director of Sales will be responsible for the growth of the companys business by setting and executing the sales strategy and must have proven sales leadership experience and success selling B2B. Job Duties And Responsibilities Responsible for overseeing all sales and distribution for Washington Manage the sales team ensuring the team is effective and productive by actively monitoring KPIs Use your current contacts to increase the Companys sales performance Work with our Chief Commercial Officer to understand market performance and recommend approaches to increase sales Experience with the implementation of a CRM tool is a huge PLUS Work with the Companys Controller to contribute to the Companys budgeting and forecasting process as well as performing monthly variance analysis Review and develop state marketing and sales policies and practices to support the financial reporting, audit, and internal controls required to support the business Mentor staff to help them achieve their development goals. Develop and deliver short and long-term sales forecasting Maintain leadership position including KPIs, budget management, quarterly reviews, and strategy execution Oversee the design and implementation of the sales structure of the company and the route to market by region Responsible for design, development, and implementation of comprehensive annual on-trade and retail sales programs Develop, lead, and manage regional sales teams for the California market Manage a robust and growing team of delivery drivers, sales operation managers, and customer service reps Establish timely sales reports and ROI on specific marketing and trade efforts Requirements And Qualifications Bachelors degree required Must have Washington Sales Experience Proven leadership experience in leading and driving sales teams across an organization is required Ability to handle travel throughout Washington according to business needs Strong written and verbal communication skills required Excellent understanding of the Washington health and wellness market including key relationships within the network COMPENSATION : $120,000 - $130,000 plus commission and benefits If this sounds like the position you have been waiting for, please apply using the online application or the link below all inquiries are strictly confidential.
