The Role: Director of Sales - The Last Hotel, St.
Louis, MO Are you a revenue-focused go-getter with a knack for creating exceptional guest experiences? We're on the hunt for a Director of Sales to spearhead our Sales initiative at the Last Hotel, a beacon of fashion and history in St.
Louis.
Our boutique hotel, housed within the historic International Shoe Co.
building, is a testament to St.
Louis's rich industrial heritage.
The Last Hotel seamlessly blends the past with the present, boasting stunning Neoclassical and Art Deco features alongside modern comforts.
Located in the heart of downtown, near the Washington Avenue Garment District, our hotel is a symbol of culture and growth in the city.

What You'll Do:
• Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning.
• Develop, recommend, implement, and manage the division's annual budget, ensuring the hotel meets/exceeds management and owner revenue/profit goals and expectations.
• Develop and maintain market awareness to ensure the ability to predict revenue opportunities and set proactive strategies.
• Monitor production of all top accounts and evaluate trends within your market.

  • Cultivate relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Analyze market trends and guest feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
    Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
  • Proven success in hospitality sales leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in sales management software.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate events and meetings.
