Job Title: Director of Talent Acquisition

Job Overview: We are seeking an innovative and results-oriented Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment strategy and ensure that we attract and hire the best talent. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our company's growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the talent landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy that supports the company's business objectives and growth plans.
  • Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, providing direction, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer management and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop workforce plans to meet those needs.
  • Enhance the company's employer brand to attract top talent, including creating and managing recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Implement and optimize recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in talent acquisition.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse candidate pool and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent sourcing partners.
  • Stay current with industry trends, talent market conditions, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of leading successful recruitment strategies in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align talent acquisition strategies with business goals.
  • Experience driving DEI initiatives and fostering an inclusive hiring process.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive talent acquisition decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
