Position Overview

The Director of Wealth Management will lead a team of wealth management professionals to provide exceptional financial advice and services to high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in wealth management, proven leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of investment strategies, financial planning, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management:

    • Lead and mentor a team of wealth managers and financial advisors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

    • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of team members to ensure top-tier client service.

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutional clients.

    • Conduct regular client meetings to review financial goals, performance, and adjustments to investment strategies.

  • Strategic Planning and Advisory:

    • Create and implement comprehensive wealth management strategies tailored to clients' financial goals and risk tolerance.

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and grow assets under management.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Educational Background:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS in Finance) is preferred.

    • Relevant certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), CFP (Certified Financial Planner), or equivalent are highly desirable.

  • Experience:

    • 6 to 10 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or related fields, with a proven track record of managing high-net-worth client portfolios.

    • Experience in a leadership or managerial role within a wealth management firm or financial services organization.

  • Technical Skills:
