Job Title: Director of Wealth Management Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Director of Wealth Management to lead our wealth management team. The Director will be responsible for developing comprehensive wealth management strategies, managing client relationships, and driving business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of financial planning, investment management, and client advisory services, with a focus on delivering personalized solutions to high-net-worth individuals and families.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive wealth management strategies tailored to meet the financial goals of high-net-worth clients.
  • Oversee client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction through personalized service and effective communication.
  • Lead a team of wealth management professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance and client retention.
  • Conduct in-depth financial planning and analysis, including retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with investment professionals to design and manage client portfolios, ensuring alignment with clients' risk tolerance and financial objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth, including client acquisition, retention, and cross-selling of services.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to provide informed advice to clients and the team.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on client portfolio performance, market outlook, and business development activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; CFP, CFA, or similar professional designation preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, investment management, and wealth advisory services.
  • Proven track record of managing high-net-worth client relationships and driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategic solutions.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
  • Proficiency in wealth management software and tools.
