We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Director of Wealth Management to lead our wealth management team. The Director will be responsible for developing comprehensive wealth management strategies, managing client relationships, and driving business growth. Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive wealth management strategies tailored to meet the financial goals of high-net-worth clients.
- Oversee client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction through personalized service and effective communication.
- Lead a team of wealth management professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance and client retention.
- Conduct in-depth financial planning and analysis, including retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning, and risk management.
- Collaborate with investment professionals to design and manage client portfolios, ensuring alignment with clients' risk tolerance and financial objectives.
- Identify opportunities for business growth, including client acquisition, retention, and cross-selling of services.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to provide informed advice to clients and the team.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on client portfolio performance, market outlook, and business development activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; CFP, CFA, or similar professional designation preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, investment management, and wealth advisory services.
- Proven track record of managing high-net-worth client relationships and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategic solutions.
