The successful candidate will work hands-on with scientific leaders, internal venture teams, and partnering colleagues to translate complex science into clear strategies.Key Responsibilities:- Shape and advance the BioMedicines R&D portfolio from early discovery through clinical development- Partner with senior leadership to define portfolio direction and build new R&D programs- Drive investment and prioritization decisions across the portfolio- Work collaboratively with scientific leaders and internal venture teams- Translate complex scientific insights into clear strategic recommendationsQualifications:- Deep experience in life sciences strategy, biotech, or venture capital/private equity in the healthcare sector- Strong ability to synthesize scientific and business information into clear investment recommendations- Experience working within or alongside a major life sciences company or investment firmApply for this Position #J-18808-Ljbffr
