Title and Summary
Director, Product Integration
The Global Delivery Enablement team is looking for a Director, Global Product Integration, responsible for ensuring the successful, consistent, and scalable integration of new or significantly enhanced solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about uncovering and delivering solutions that encourage positive top and bottom-line impact and growth; and has a solid ability to understand and expose key data assets that help increase awareness of trends and insights and drive business decisions. This individual is highly motivated, intellectually curious, strong collaborator, analytical, organized, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. This position requires initiative, critical thinking, thought leadership, and an understanding of go-to-market approaches and best practices. The individual in this position must be a proactive member of the organization with strong leadership skills to lead people effectively and ensure retainment of top talent. This role will have frequent interactions with Executive and Senior Level personnel.

The Global Delivery Enablement (GDE) team is within the Global Customer Delivery organization. Focusing on new products and services, the Global Delivery Enablement team collaborates with product owners, development teams, and other stakeholders across Mastercard to deploy solutions efficiently and effectively with speed, quality, and predictability. GDE supports Regional Customer Delivery teams by developing the necessary processes, documentation, tools, and knowledge resources to support the ability to scale products and solutions at an accelerated pace. GDE develops streamlined and straightforward processes used globally by our delivery teams, resulting in a positive customer and employee implementation experience. In addition, GDE is responsible for ensuring product readiness and utilization of key frameworks by our partners to ensure a best-in-class customer experience with an ability to provide key data, insights, and feedback for continuous improvement.

Role & responsibilities
o Manage global resources to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency with adherence to GDE Methodology.
o Leads a dialogue with Global Product and Engineering owners in their vertical, utilizing this partnership to ensure Studio Framework Excellence and the successful integration of products, addressing, and incorporating Regional Product and Market Delivery feedback as needed. Utilizes remittance and disbursement experience to enhance customer-centric product development and engagement strategies.
o Drives and supports high-complexity initiatives and develops supporting strategies for scale in the market.
o Leads regular, ongoing, and formal business reviews with key stakeholders regarding product performance, improvement opportunities (i.e., automation), and delivery challenges; incorporating performance metrics, analytical dashboards, insights, VOC (Voice of Customer), and Regional Delivery feedback that leads to improvements in processes, products, and workforce management. Utilizes remittance and disbursement expertise to interpret feedback and data for enhancing customer remittance and disbursement strategies.
o Partners with regional delivery leaders & and teams to provide them with the knowledge, support, tools, processes, and documentation necessary to perform their job functions efficiently and effectively.
o Develop a coordinated approach to ensuring regional customer delivery staff are trained on the products and related implementation processes.
o Proactively articulates delivery implementation requirements and partners with global product owners & and leadership of the vertical to achieve consistent, efficient, flawless, fast, and light customer touch onboarding.
o Leads critical strategic product integration efforts with their respective vertical through the global Studio process in partnership with the global product owners, technology teams, and other stakeholders.
o Foster a culture of consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement. Attract and retain highly effective talent through mentoring, coaching, development, appraisal, and motivation techniques.
o Leads/supports global initiatives to enhance the efficiency and continuous evolution of GDE Standards and Methodology.
o Collaborate with partners across Mastercard to enable integrated, automated, & and scalable tools & and reporting to improve the customer experience.
o Reviews delivery practices for efficiency & standardization opportunities; identifies global best practices & drive adoption through the GCD organization.

o Experience in leveraging Transfer Solutions programs and understanding customer remittance and disbursement dynamics, contributing to enhancing Mastercards products, services, and customer engagement strategies. This includes profoundly comprehending how remittance and disbursement experiences intertwine with the payment ecosystem, adding value to the customer journey and reinforcing brand allegiance.
o Understanding the payment ecosystem, value chain, & and substantial knowledge of Mastercards products, services, data assets, & and hand-offs
o Experience integrating multiple business factors to develop transformational strategies that promote business growth & and superior solutions, including forecasting needs & and setting goals for a function.
o Demonstrated success in leading complex or strategic initiatives across a matrixed organization.
o Record of accomplishment in global project management thought leadership, including designing, and updating product excellence frameworks.
