Today, more than a million customers and a billion users in over 180 countries use DocuSign to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify peoples lives.

What you'll do

As the Director, Product Management - Signer & Consumer, you will define a multi-year strategy and lead the efforts to develop the roadmap, vision, and priorities for DocuSign to develop product capabilities that are relevant for Signers and, by extension, Consumers.

DocuSign has built award winning and the most pervasive technology for enabling businesses to automate their agreement processes - from generating agreements, negotiating between parties, getting agreements electronically signed, managing the workflows and integrations once an agreement is signed and analyzing and deriving insights from agreements. DocuSigns current product capabilities are primarily targeted at businesses from SMBs to Enterprises, enabling collaboration between businesses and consumers, or signers. Consumers, similarly, have a need to create and manage agreements, and this position will primarily focus on defining a strategy for DocuSign to harness the billions of signers that interact with the service and build product capabilities directly targeted at them. Based on qualitative and quantitative insights and using innovative technologies, you will inform product directions that drive measurable impact and top-level business outcomes, redefining the state-of-the-art for DocuSign. The role will demand you to champion consumers and develop a new engaged customer base for DocuSign. In this position you will work cross-functionally with Design, Marketing, and Engineering and engage directly with customers to experiment and iterate to define and fine-tune the strategy and product roadmap.

This position is a people manager role reporting to the Group Vice President of Product Management for B2I.

  • Understand market and customer needs by closely working with consumers, User Research, Data Science and Marketing

  • Develop an incremental and iterative product development roadmap that allows rapid testing and validation with a product led growth mindset
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to identify partners that would be critical to success
  • Monitor, measure, and report on key business and customer metrics continuously and identify areas for continuous testing, experimentation and evolution
  • Work closely with developers and product managers across the company to align and influence internal development
  • Evaluate and prioritize requirements in partnership with Legal, Trust, Security, Sales, Marketing, and Product team leadership
  • Partner with Program Management, Design and Engineering to ensure product ships on time and to quality
