Key Responsibilities-
Lead and manage the Critical Care Unit, ensuring exceptional patient care delivery and optimal clinical outcomes.

Develop and implement performance improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Oversee department operations, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation, to optimize workflow and quality standards.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient treatment plans and improve overall healthcare services.

Drive continuous quality improvement efforts, fostering a culture of excellence in patient care.

Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices in critical care.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of managerial experience in acute/critical care settings.
Licensure: Active RN license (NC or multistate compact).
Regulatory Expertise: Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance standards, accreditation requirements, and patient safety protocols.
Leadership & Communication: Exceptional ability to lead teams, drive engagement, and implement innovative care strategies.
Technical Skills: Proficient in critical care best practices, performance improvement methodologies, and advanced clinical operations management.
