Overview:

We are seeking a forward-thinking, enthusiastic, and experienced Director of Sales Enablement to create high-impact enablement solutions for our sales organization. You will be responsible for creating, developing, delivering, and evolving programs that elevate capability and drive the performance of employees at all levels across PowerSchool. You will provide leadership and direction to the Sales Enablement team and be a trusted advisor to our key stakeholders. This critical role requires exceptional stakeholder management and deep expertise in the skills and capabilities required in sales enablement, communication, and program management. In this role, you will be a leader on the Sales Enablement team and partner strongly with other program leads to ensure alignment across all learning strategies. This role will evolve to become a people-manager role as the team grows.

Responsibilities:

    • Partner with key stakeholders to identify gaps in performance and develop recommendations and programs to improve
    • Develop and implement learning strategies, programs, and curricula for the sales organization that increase employee productivity and performance. Specifically, you will develop a comprehensive enablement plan, create enablement assets relating to the programs, and help deliver the enablement programs
    • Measure and report on the business impact of enablement programs
    • Gather feedback from the sales team regularly to constantly improve support programs
    • Initiate and establish strong, trusted partnerships with key stakeholders (Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing, etc.) to ensure solutions are relevant and drive key business outcomes
    • Serve as subject matter expert on all aspects of sales enablement
Qualifications:
To be considered for and to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
Qualifications include:
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • 9-12+ years' experience working in Sales, Sales Enablement, Leadership Development, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and ability to apply them across a wide variety of learning solutions
  • Data-driven with program management experience strongly preferred
  • Salesforce, Clari, SalesLoft knowledge a plus
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills are a requirement
  • Demonstrated ability to seamlessly manage competing priorities
  • Ability to work in fast pace and high-growth environment and be willing to roll-up your sleeves
  • Ability to build relationships across multiple departments
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work with minimal supervision
