Interstate is seeking a results-oriented, strategic Director, Sales to join our team! The Director, Sales will develop new revenue and growth in the area of residential sales.
Additionally, the Director will manage our sales team and collaborate with the VP/GM to develop strategies and identify enhancements in processes, procedures, initiatives, and services offerings, as well as conduct sales trainings for the team.

This position is ON-SITE in Springfield, VA.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree majoring in business, sales, marketing, or a similar discipline plus at least 5 years of experience managing a dynamic salesforce OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales management, sales training, coaching, mentoring, and developing a sales team to achieve objectives.
  • Must have experience in the moving industry, preferably within a Van Line environment (United, Mayflower, etc.
    ).
  • Experience using CRM to manage sales pipeline and forecasting revenue and profitability.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure with a positive and solutions-based attitude.
