Are you a strategic sourcing leader ready to make a meaningful impact across a global manufacturing organization? SAF‑HOLLAND is looking for a Director – Sourcing (Americas) to lead and elevate our sourcing strategy across direct and indirect categories throughout the Americas.

This is a high‑visibility leadership role where you’ll partner closely with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams to drive cost optimization, supplier excellence, and long‑term competitive advantage.

What You’ll Do

As the Director – Sourcing (Americas), you will:

• Lead and develop a high‑performing Americas Strategic Sourcing team
• Design and execute regional and global sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Drive cost reduction, cash improvement, quality, and supplier performance
• Build and manage a strategic supplier base that supports innovation and growth
• Lead supplier negotiations and oversee supplier performance scorecards
• Proactively manage supplier risk and lead mitigation strategies
• Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Finance
• Support new product launches and key customer programs
• Ensure compliance with sourcing policies, processes, and performance metrics
• Coach, mentor, and grow sourcing talent across the region

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 8+ years of progressive sourcing or supply chain experience in a multi‑site manufacturing environment
• 5+ years of people leadership experience
• Strong experience with commodity strategy development (direct, indirect, and services)
• Proven track record of cost reduction, supplier performance improvement, and execution
• Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels
• Strong influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a matrixed, global organization

Travel

• Approximately 20% domestic and 10% international travel
