Strategic Account Planning and Execution
- Operationalize Strategic Market Access Opportunities to support Business Unit/Product Objectives
- Collaborate to Shape and Define Market Access Strategy for key Disease States and Brands
- Brand Champion role for existing and launch products
- Create national launch strategy by sharing early market access insights
- Partner with National Account Directors to set Account strategy and define Value to Customers
- Develop and implement programs, services, and communicate/ operationalize best practices
- Working with account directors and payer marketing on development of value based customer tools
- Represent and Champion Market Access to Internal Partners (Including executive level personnel)
- Account Showcase Meetings/ Executive Exchanges
- Share Segment Insights
- Preparing and presenting to Sr. Leadership
Market Access Business Acumen/Insights and Metrics
- Utilizing Data resources, own data trend identification and Insights across Market Access Accounts
- Expertise in Account/Healthcare Landscape trends and sharing as appropriate
- Create data/operational efficiencies across strategic account management
- Track success of BUDs to show the organization actual post deal results
- Enhance the operational efficiency for the Account Team to facilitate excellence in execution, performance and allow Account Team to focus on customer priorities
- Define KPIs and Metrics
- Reporting
- Analysis of data and metrics to make decisions that impact all of strategic account management.
- Identify Training topics for Account Team and partner with Training to deliver content in appropriate forum
Communication
- Implement Coordinated Account Team Communication Protocol
- Formulary Change/Business Opportunity Documents
- Strengthen communication across internal and external stakeholders as appropriate
- Share Best Practices
Administrative
- Support the VP, Strategic Account Management in all aspects of the role
- Support operational needs (Budgets, Team Projects)
- Ad-hoc Projects with Strategic Account Management and Business Unit Leadership
Qualifications
- At least 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 3-5 in Account Management
- A diverse background that includes sales, leading people, support roles and operations
- Executive presence, strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to project manage several high level and urgent/important projects at a time
- Bachelors Degree required; Masters degree a plus
As required by law, Bausch Health provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in the US. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For this role, the range of starting pay for this role is $190-220k.
