Our Longtime Financial Services Client looking for a Total Rewards Director! The Director of Total Rewards acts as a strategic partner to leadership and the Board of Directors. This role oversees the research, design, execution, and administration of compensation and benefits programs.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 10+ years of relevant experience across Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, and Payroll
  • 5+ years in a leadership or management role
  • 5+ years working within a publicly traded company, including executive compensation and equity programs
  • 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance
  • Deep knowledge of laws and regulations related to compensation, benefits, and payroll
  • Solid understanding of payroll processing, taxation, welfare benefits, and defined contribution plans
  • Extensive expertise in benefits and 401(k) plan design, funding, administration, reporting, and disclosure
  • Proven ability to analyze market survey data and develop competitive, cost-effective compensation strategies
  • Strong HRIS expertise; experience with ADP preferred
  • Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret, present, and communicate data effectively to support business decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills and handling large datasets
  • Strong knowledge of compensation strategy and execution
  • Comprehensive understanding of payroll systems and related subsystems
  • Familiarity with self-funded benefit plans preferred
