Hours: Rehearsals are M-Th 5:00-8:00 with optional Sunday rehearsals 3:30-6:30

Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic, creative, and responsible individuals to join our team as Director for Tuck Everlasting the Musical (TYA edition) The ideal candidate will have a passion for theatre and education, and enjoy working with children in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Work directly with participants on blocking
Collaborate with fellow staff members to plan and organize weekly rehearsal schedules.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their childrens experiences and progress.
Collaborate with the musical director and choreographer to create a cohesive show
Attend weekly or biweekly production meetings
Collaborate with the technical director on set
Adhere to all program policies and safety guidelines, ensuring a positive experience for all participants.
Experience in theatre, drama, or performing arts (either through education or practical experience).
Previous experience working with children, preferably in a musical theatre setting.
Energetic, patient, and capable of fostering a fun and safe environment for children.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Must pass a background check.
