Job Description:

We are looking for someone that has strong organizational skills with attention to detail/accuracy, ability to handle multiple tasks in a very busy environment, and knowledge of basic computer skills.

We are looking for a friendly Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher, to undertake some minor receptionist and clerical duties, and dispatch service technicians.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday | Varied Hours between 7am -7pm

Salary: Range $18.00/hr.-$20.00/hr.

Requirements

  • Answer all incoming calls
  • Manage the scheduling of service appointments
  • Verify customer information each time and make corrections as necessary
  • Combine any duplicate customer entries upon identification
  • Promptly respond to missed calls or messages received in the office
  • Collaborate with customers and technicians to establish and uphold an accurate schedule
  • Inform customers of any changes in a timely manner
  • Oversee the schedule for service across all locations
  • Adjust and prioritize tasks as required
  • Engage in regular problem-solving activities
  • Consistently and promptly communicate with technicians
