The Dispatcher is responsible for executing daily dispatch plans as directed by management while providing hands-on field support to ensure operational excellence. This role requires the ability to perform driving duties as needed based on scheduling requirements. When all driving needs are met by assigned employees, the Dispatcher will act as an on-site foreman, with particular emphasis on overseeing origin agents. The Dispatcher ensures proper job execution, content and structural protection, safe and efficient truck loading, and adherence to company standards, especially when working with less-experienced crews.

- Execute dispatch schedules and assignments as provided by management.
- Perform driving duties when required due to staffing needs, call-offs, or schedule gaps.
- Serve as an on-site foreman when not actively driving, especially at origin agents.
- Oversee and enforce proper content protection, structural protection, and loading techniques.
- Provide real-time coaching and corrective guidance to crews, particularly those with limited experience
- Ensure jobs are executed according to company standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations.
- Monitor job quality to reduce damage, claims, and service failures.
- Communicate job progress, issues, and crew performance to the General Manager.
- Maintain professionalism with customers, agents, and internal staff always.
- Support training reinforcement and standard operating procedures in the field.

- Proven ability to lead crews on-site as a foreman.
- Thorough knowledge of content protection, structural protection, and truck loading best practices.
- Reliable driving skills and ability to operate company vehicles safely.

- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Dependable, adaptable, and execution focused.
Specialized knowledge and/or licenses
- In-depth knowledge of field operation in the moving industry
- Valid drivers’ license

Required education and experience:
- Strong hands-on moving and logistics experience.
- High School Diploma is required
