Responsibilities Outbound Trucking Management: Monitor and control outbound trucking operations at the Matteson warehouse to ensure seamless 24/7 workflow. Driver Verification & Check-in: Verify driver credentials and documentation upon arrival; coordinate closely with the FNS Transportation Team (24/7) for real-time verification. Driver Coordination: Proactively communicate with truck drivers to manage arrival schedules and locate specific drivers on-site as required. Operational Reporting: Maintain constant communication with the Control Team (Local and NJ) regarding outbound status; prepare and submit comprehensive daily outbound reports upon completion of all loading activities. On‑site Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for warehouse personnel regarding outbound truck schedules and driver information. Customer Service: Respond to direct inquiries and requests from customers concerning real‑time transportation and delivery status. Qualifications Experience in logistics dispatching or warehouse shipping operations is preferred. Basic understanding of safety regulations, specifically for battery or hazardous material (HazMat) handling, is preferred. Ability to work in rotating shifts (including nights and weekends). Exceptional attention to detail in a fast‑paced operational environment. Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English. Working Schedule Shift Work (24/7 Operations): This position requires working in a 24/7 shift rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support continuous outbound operations at the Matteson warehouse. Pay The base salary range for this role is between $50,000-$65,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
