DispatcherBayonet Plumbing & HVAC is seeking a dispatcher to join our team in New Port Richey, FL. Previous experience in dispatching is beneficial.Responsibilities:Utilize phone and computer system to dispatch technicians or field units to appropriate locations.Monitor the route and status of technicians, coordinating and prioritizing their schedules effectively.Provide technicians with job details, traffic updates, obstacles, and specific customer requirements.Enter data accurately into computer systems and maintain logs and records of calls, activities, and pertinent information.Prioritize service calls based on urgency and importance.Regularly communicate with customers to provide updates on scheduled appointments and ensure satisfaction.Collaborate effectively with office personnel.Contribute as a team player in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Requirements:Excellent communication skills, including active listening and effective teamwork.Service-oriented mindset with the ability to resolve customer grievances.Previous dispatching experience is preferred.Proficient computer skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.IES Residential, Inc. is one of the nation's largest and most respected electrical, plumbing, HVAC, solar, and cable solutions providers for single-family homes and multi-family complexes since 1973.
