As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable and organized Dispatcher to play a crucial role in coordinating our services and ensuring customer needs are met promptly.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Answer incoming calls from customers, providing exceptional service and assistance.
- Schedule appointments for garage door repair and locksmith services.
- Dispatch service technicians to customer locations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, service requests, and technician schedules.
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of calls during peak periods.
- Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely arrivals and efficient service delivery.
- Provide excellent communication and updates to customers regarding service appointments.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to scheduling and dispatching.
*Qualifications:*
- Prior experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with computer systems and software for scheduling and data entry.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Availability for full-time work with flexibility for part-time hours as needed.
