DispatcherLocation: On-Site – Perris, CASchedule: Full-Time | On-SitePay Rate: $25 to $28Overview:Our client in the City of Commerce is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Dispatcher to join their on-site operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating daily routes, communicating with drivers, managing schedules, and ensuring accurate, timely flow of information to support smooth logistics operations.Key Responsibilities:• Dispatch drivers according to route plans, schedules, and customer needs• Monitor real-time movement of drivers and update logs accordingly• Communicate route changes, delays, and instructions to drivers• Review and maintain accurate delivery, pick-up, and service documentation• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues that impact schedules• Track and report on delivery performance metrics• Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and external clients• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety protocolsQualifications:• Previous dispatching experience in transportation, logistics, warehousing, or a related environment• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities• Proficiency with dispatching software and basic computer applications• Strong attention to detail and accuracy• Ability to work fully on-site in the City of CommercePreferred Skills:• Experience with route optimization• Knowledge of local and regional transportation regulations• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus (not required)Benefit offerings: include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
