Key Responsibilities:

• Engage hands-on with teams and customers to drive responsiveness, accuracy, and efficiency.

Core Requirements:

• Proven success as a General Manager or Divisional Vice President within a growth-oriented building products company (e.g., cabinetry, millwork, or related sectors).

• Deep understanding of distribution models and cabinet industry dynamics.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple business functions and lead through metrics-driven performance management.

• Hands-on leadership style — willing to be present on the floor, with customers, and in operational details.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
