As a Distribution Planner, you are responsible for your own material schedule, reviewing current demand, your current supply plan and the current available-to-promise (ATP) quantity.
You will be processing and monitoring daily purchase orders based on MRP results, this in accordance with the overall BU targeted inventory level.
Assuring timely delivery of purchased components and finished goods by building a constructive relationship with several supplying parties is a key element in your position.
In your central role between customer and supplier, you will have an intensive daily interaction with customer service to offer a high service level based on customer expectations.
You actively contribute to establishing a balanced supply chain, cost-cash-service triangle

Education/Experience Required:
Associates or bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
Minimum 5 years or higher working in a supply chain environment specifically planning/purchasing using SAP in a global network
