Position: Distribution Technician

Location: Bedford, MA, 01730

Duration: 12 Months

Job Type: Temporary Assignment

Work Type: Onsite

Shift Timings: Monday to Friday from 07:30 AM to 04:30 PM

• Prepare and account for all material movement documentation and update Oracle system accordingly.
• Place all incoming and outgoing materials including finished goods, raw materials, and supplies in appropriate staging and storage locations.
• Prepare materials for shipment via all transportation modes (LTL, TL, ocean, rail, and airfreight).
• Verify receipts to ensure damage-free products are entered into the system with accurate records.
• Preserve material quality during loading and unloading activities.
• Maintain warehouses in a safe, clean, and presentable condition.
• Print and collate shipping documents by order.
• Respond to phones and communications with other departments.
• Account for material movement and documentation.
• Update Oracle system with accurate material data.
• Manage placement of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Prepare and verify shipments and receipts.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Handle communications and shipping documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
