The DM should lead their team with a commitment to outstanding people leadership; ensuring a strong and focused team. The DM is responsible in driving financial success through proper budget planning, scheduling, expense control and P&L management. The DM leads their team with passion, and integrity, while facing challenges with an optimistic attitude. Position Requirements Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education Minimum of three (3) years of experience in managing retail multi-store operations Demonstrated history of building and leading high performing teams in a fast pace environment Proven record of driving exceptional financial results through engaged planning, event execution expense control, overtime management, and P&L management. Proven success in growing business opportunities and profit growth through increased customer engagement and satisfaction. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of training and developing talent for future bench strength. Strong communication and service skills to build and maintain relationships with our employees and customers. Ability to work varied, non-traditional hours, including early morning, days, evenings, as well as flexible schedules. A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards A valid drivers license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the companys driver requirements is required. Working Conditions: This position requires frequent travel via automobile and air. You must have the ability to adapt to changing working conditions such as standing, sitting for long periods of time, as well as frequent walking, bending, squatting or kneeling. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work up to 10 hour shifts regularly. Occasional longer distance travel via plane or automobile, including overnight stays may be required.
