Job Description:

Overview: The Diversity Engagement Manager will lead and execute initiatives aimed at enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within Augmentjobs. This role is pivotal in fostering an inclusive work environment, developing strategies to attract a diverse talent pool, and ensuring that the company's DEI goals are effectively met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement DEI Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive DEI strategies and programs to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of these programs.

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Partner with recruitment teams to create and implement strategies for attracting diverse candidates. Enhance recruitment practices to ensure inclusivity throughout the hiring process.

  • Employee Engagement and Training: Develop and deliver DEI training programs for employees and leadership. Organize workshops, seminars, and events to promote awareness and understanding of diversity issues.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data on diversity metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. Use data insights to drive DEI initiatives and track progress.

  • Collaboration and Networking: Build and maintain relationships with external diversity organizations, educational institutions, and professional groups. Represent Augmentjobs at DEI-related events and conferences.

  • Policy Development: Assist in the development and refinement of company policies related to diversity and inclusion. Ensure that policies are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Advocacy and Support: Act as a champion for diversity and inclusion within the organization. Provide support and resources to employees to address DEI-related concerns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field. Relevant certifications in DEI or HR are a plus.

  • Experience: 4 to 7 years of experience in HR, diversity, equity, and inclusion, or related roles. Proven track record in managing DEI initiatives and working with diverse teams.

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of DEI principles, best practices, and current trends. Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong project management and organizational abilities. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

  • Attributes: Passion for promoting diversity and inclusion. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with DEI-related software and tools is a plus.
