Job Description
Position Overview: The Diversity Program Coordinator at Augmentjobs will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace by developing and executing strategies to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs.
Key Responsibilities:

Program Development: Design and implement diversity and inclusion programs that align with Augmentjobs' organizational goals and values.

Training and Education: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees about diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Policy Development: Collaborate with HR and leadership to create and update policies related to diversity and inclusion.

Recruitment and Retention: Partner with the recruitment team to attract diverse talent and implement strategies to retain employees from underrepresented groups.

Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of diversity programs and make recommendations for improvements.

Community Engagement: Build relationships with external organizations and community groups to support diversity initiatives and enhance the company's outreach efforts.

Reporting: Prepare and present reports on diversity metrics and program outcomes to senior management.

Support: Provide support and resources to employees regarding diversity and inclusion concerns and issues.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in diversity and inclusion roles or related HR positions.
