Job Description:

As a Diversity Talent Acquisition Partner at Augmentjobs, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company's workforce by developing and executing strategies to attract and recruit a diverse range of talent. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure that our hiring practices promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and align with our organizational values and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement DEI Recruitment Strategies:

    • Create and execute recruitment strategies that enhance diversity and inclusion across all levels of the organization.

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and ensure that DEI principles are integrated into the recruitment process.

  2. Talent Sourcing and Attraction:

    • Identify and engage with diverse talent pools through various channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and partnerships with diversity-focused organizations.

    • Build and maintain relationships with diverse professional networks and organizations to promote Augmentjobs as an employer of choice.

  3. Recruitment Process Management:

    • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

    • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and maintaining transparent communication throughout the recruitment process.

  4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics related to diversity and inclusion to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven improvements.

    • Prepare and present regular reports on diversity recruitment efforts and outcomes to senior leadership.

  5. Collaboration and Training:

    • Partner with HR and business leaders to promote DEI initiatives and integrate them into talent acquisition practices.

    • Provide training and support to hiring managers on best practices for inclusive recruitment and unbiased interviewing.

  6. Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to diversity and inclusion in recruitment.

    • Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate recruitment processes to enhance diversity and inclusion outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4 to 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion.

  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of DEI principles, practices, and challenges in the recruitment industry.

  • Skills: Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and attract diverse talent.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

  • Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in using recruitment metrics and data to drive decisions and improvements.

  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external partners.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Technology: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Advanced certifications or training in diversity and inclusion are a plus.
