Support the success of our community by collaborating to understand and meet the needs of administration, faculty, staff, students, and district residents. Together, we strive to ensure smooth operations and create equitable, high-quality educational opportunities for all. Areas of responsibility include liberal arts, business, and technology programs. Provide welcoming and responsive support to students, including collaboration with program coordinators and faculty to ensure a positive experience. Create and share clear, accessible communications, including memos, letters, reports, forms, and other materials. Inform and guide students about classes and programs, ensuring equitable access to information. Accurately input and maintain student and faculty data to support smooth operations. Partner with full-time and adjunct faculty across all Lewis and Clark campuses, fostering collaboration and inclusion. Maintain organized records and staff files with attention to confidentiality and accuracy. Enter and update course schedules to support timely and transparent planning. Order books and supplies to ensure resources are available for learning and teaching. Receive, sort, and distribute mail promptly and efficiently. Prepare and process faculty payroll information with accuracy and integrity. Coordinate work orders, check requests, and purchase orders as needed to support operational needs. Assist with class scheduling and staffing, promoting equitable workload distribution. Proctor tests as needed, ensuring fairness and adherence to academic standards. Update and maintain the Division Assistant organization on Blackboard, supporting digital accessibility. Serve as note taker for the Diversity Council, contributing to inclusive dialogue and decision-making. Provide support for Honors College, helping advance student success. Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to the college’s mission. Minimum Training and Experience Required to Perform Essential Job Functions A.A.S. Office Technology/Administrative Assistant or equivalent experience required. Twelve months of secretarial/office experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Demonstrated communication skills. Ability to work as a team member. Ability to discern appropriate actions in confidential and potentially volatile situations. Demonstrated office technology skills including typing, filing and organization. Possess a high level of computer and technology literacy. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Colleague preferred. Experience in an educational setting preferred. Team Members can expect to be paid a salary between $36,647 to $47,641, which includes an excellent benefits package. The salary will be based on a combination of relevant education, training, work experience, and skill competencies.
