The CFO will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for strategic and operational finance to accelerate the division's performance. This role demands a leader with a deep understanding of device economics, software-enabled recurring revenue, and enterprise data systems. The CFO will drive commercial finance leadership, focusing on strategy, margin expansion, cost and capital efficiency, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include acting as a strategic advisor, leading the full P&L, and ensuring strong governance, risk management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a professional certification such as CPA being a plus, and at least 20 years' experience in a strategic finance or commercial role, particularly in the medical devices, healthcare technology, or digital health sectors. The successful CFO will be instrumental in enabling market-beating growth, embedding sustainable profitability, and advancing operational excellence. This includes driving portfolio strategy, developing financial models for long-horizon investments, and optimizing commercial execution in long-cycle capital equipment environments. The role also involves leading a global finance organization, building and managing high-performing teams, and championing a culture of trust, respect, and accountability. The candidate should have a proven track record of decisive leadership, strong executive presence, and the ability to influence and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders. Experience in turnaround, restructuring, or portfolio-repositioning, as well as a deep understanding of capital equipment, consumables, and software business models, is essential. The CFO will also be responsible for continuous improvement in financial systems, reporting automation, and analytics capabilities, and must be adept at managing multiple, competing priorities with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
