Division Director Finance

Overview Primary responsibility for managing the day-to-day financial operations for the assigned market. Fiscal responsibility for preparing complete and accurate financial statements, quarterly forecasting, and involvement in land acquisition feasibility. Responsibilities Oversee preparation of monthly financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies. Coordinate annual plan, quarterly forecasts, and periodic flash submissions, presenting results to Area Leadership. Oversee land acquisition feasibility process for new communities and disposition activities for land sales. Work with internal and external audit staff. Serve as risk manager for the assigned market, managing litigation and HOA matters. Provide mentorship and coaching without direct reports; ensure appropriate staffing, recruiting, and performance evaluation. Qualifications Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting (or equivalent). Certified Public Accountant license (active or inactive) preferred. Minimum 8 years of public accounting or expanded homebuilding experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reports. Analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to manage long-term projects. Pay Range $131,600 - $171,100 per year; eligible for incentives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
