JOB DESCRIPTIONSummary/Objective The Division Director is a senior executive role responsible for the overall performance, growth, and profitability of the division. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this leader owns divisional strategy, commercial execution, and delivery excellence while serving as a key member of the management team.The Director acts as the senior client‑facing leader, driving enterprise‑level growth opportunities, overseeing contract and SOW execution, and ensuring services are delivered with consistency, quality, and regulatory discipline. This role is accountable for building scalable teams, strengthening operational governance, and transforming the division into a sustainable, high‑growth engine aligned with enterprise objectives.ResponsibilitiesOwn the overall financial performance, growth strategy, and profitability of the division.Drive enterprise‑level business development, serving as the senior client‑facing leader in negotiations and acquisitions.Oversee contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring balanced risk management and revenue optimization.Provide executive oversight of delivery across the division to ensure high‑quality, compliant outcomes aligned to client objectives.Establish scalable governance, delivery standards, and performance expectations that support consistent execution and growth.Serve as the escalation point for complex client, delivery, or performance issues, protecting relationships and margins.Lead performance management across consultants and projects, including metrics, accountability, and corrective actions as needed.Ensure strong financial discipline across engagements, including forecasting, invoicing accuracy, utilization, and margin performance.Collaborate with sales, recruiting, finance, and leadership to align divisional execution with enterprise goals.Build, develop, and scale high‑performing teams while driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.Other DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones.Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, agility and quick response time to customer and employee request may be required at all times to include evening and weekends.Travel25-50% Travel is expected in this position Required Education and ExperienceBachelor's Degree and equivalency and or experience8-10 years of experience in the field including project management and operations.Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
